Fees
As a therapist I believe it is important to offer transparency in how I calculate my prices. I believe this helps clients understand what they are investing in and give clear insights into my values. I have done extensive research and have chosen to keep my prices competitive and lower than many other providers to increase accessibility. That being said, this is an investment and should feel like one.
The following reflect the true cost of what it takes to maintain my licensure, practice costs, trainings, reparations, and invest in my own health, wellness, and life in a meaningful way. I also have limited openings for Medicaid, BCBS, and MVP insurance for individual therapy only.
Individual therapy
$150 Individual therapy (53 minutes)
Relational therapy
$200 Relational therapy (family, couple/partner therapy, friends) (55 minutes)
Relational intensives
- Monday – Thursday $225 per hour
- Friday – Sunday as well as federal and bank holidays $250 per hour
If any of the days we meet fall on a weekend day or holiday, the weekend rate will apply to the entire intensive
Lower rate sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis for folks with marginalized experiences and limited access to resources. These sessions are available depending on my capacity, as I strive to balance economic sustainability for myself and my family with the desire to serve the community.
Good Faith Estimate
You also have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy with Natalia Holubec will cost if you are not insured or if you would like to not use insurance. To review this or for more information, you can click here to view the Notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 business hours of our scheduled time will require full payment. For example, if you cancel an appointment scheduled for Monday, I must be notified by Wednesday evening to avoid full payment.
For Intensives: All intensives require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling and must be paid in full at the start of our session. Cancellations and reschedules require a minimum of 2 weeks to keep your deposit and 48 business hours to avoid full payment. All emergency cancellations/reschedules will be assessed on a case by case basis. Cancellations within 48 business hours of our scheduled time will require full payment. Ex, if you cancel an appointment on a Sunday, I must be notified by Wednesday evening to avoid full payment.
